DeKalb Co. Commissioners to cut payments to DeKalb Humane Society

DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) — Starting January 1, the DeKalb Humane Society will be losing funds from DeKalb County, unless a contract is reached.

This decision was made at the DeKalb County commissioners meeting on December 22nd because a contract has not been reached.
