FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — The new donut and ice cream shop in southwest Fort Wayne, Chillz, has almost finished its first week of business with lines out the door.
“How we describe it to people is think cake and ice cream, but with a twist,” he said. “We make it from scratch right here. They’re warm with the ice cream, and then we put a hot topping over them, depending on what you get.”
