FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A man has been found guilty of felony murder, among other charges, for a fatal shooting from 2024. He faces nearly a century in prison if given the maximum sentence.
28-year-old Dana Minies Jr. was found guilty of two of three charges on Friday. He was charged with murder, felony murder, and robbery resulting in serious bodily harm, plus a handgun enhancement.
He was found not guilty of the murder charge, but guilty of the robbery and felony murder charges. As for the handgun enhancement, the jury was hung in its decision.
