FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A single-vehicle crash in downtown Fort Wayne has resulted in police closing the road, causing a major traffic backup in the area.
The crash occurred near the intersection of Clinton and E 4th Streets just after 6 p.m. Wednesday evening.
Officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department have closed off Clinton Street in the southbound lanes between State Boulevard and 4th Street due to the wires in the road. The road is expected to remain closed for another two hours.
