COLUMBIA CITY – A Columbia City man has been arrested on multiple child molesting charges.
David Loren Kincaid, 73, 826 Valley River Drive, Columbia City, is charged with seven counts of child molesting, all level 1 felonies; and child molesting, a level 4 felony.
On Dec. 24, 2025, officers with the Columbia City Police Department were dispatched to the Department of Child Services office in Columbia City, where the officer was given a report. In the report, a child told their mother that they had been “touched down there” by Kincaid.
