Nestling in near Pro Bowl West in Gateway Plaza, Paco’s Buffet, 1531 Goshen Ave., wrapped up their soft opening this month.
Although it’s a new spot advertising “All You Can Eat Tacos,” the lineup is already broad: taco meats, chorizo, pastor, steak, menudo, fideo, charro beans, and rotating soups. Breakfast items, including several egg dishes, are available early in the morning. Chicharrón, fajitas, chimichangas, and bistec a la Mexicana round out the main line. A fruit bar offers cantaloupe, watermelon, oranges, grapes, pineapple, rice pudding, and strawberries and cream.
Hours are 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday, with separate lunch and dinner menus…
