FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Plans for two new housing developments were given the green light by the Allen County Plan Commission on Thursday.
One will be called Switchgrass Ridge and will be located west of the intersection of Kress Road and Lower Huntington Road in southwest Allen County near the Azbury Park subdivision. It will have 126 single family lots.
The other housing development will be called The Promontory. It will be located at the southwest corner of Scott Road and Bass Road on Fort Wayne’s west side. Plans call for the construction of 46 single family homes…
