First Alert Forecast: Biting cold continues this weekend with snow likely by Sunday morning

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Wind chills stayed around the double digits below zero for most of the day, and that is expected to remain the case tonight as actual air temperatures sink a few degrees below zero!

Our First Alert Weather Day remains in effect Saturday due to the bitter temperatures as highs stay in the single digits with wind chills likely between -10 and -20º.

The massive winter weather system that is expected to clobber parts of the South, Mid-Atlantic, and Ohio Valley will scoot into northern Indiana and Ohio late Saturday (10 pm to midnight) and slowly move north and east throughout the day Sunday…
