FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio will start the work and school week with a chilly but quiet Monday. Some sunshine will peek through, but clouds are expected to move in more as the day goes on.
This morning brings wind chills near or slightly below zero, but sunshine should break through for the first half of Monday. Clouds will gradually increase throughout the day, becoming mostly cloudy by sunset. High temperatures will reach around 30 degrees, with lows dropping to 23 degrees Monday night.
Melting Snow Expected Tuesday
Tuesday will be noticeably milder, with highs climbing to 39 degrees. This warming trend will bring a good amount of melting to the current snowpack across the region.
