FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Fort Wayne Utilities is calling on local artists to design storm drain murals as part of its “Clean Drains Fort Wayne” program.
According to the department, the purpose of this project is to educate the community about river pollution and waterway conservation.
Organizers say that over the last six years, more than 100 drains in the community have been decorated with “Only Rain in the Drain,” as a reminder of the importance to safeguard our rivers…
