COLUMBIA CITY – A Columbia City woman was arrested in Whitley County for allegedly stealing over $1,000 in merchandise from Walmart.
Rachel Marie Fry, 57, 1330 E. Louise Drive, Columbia City, is charged with theft where the value of the property is between $750 and $50,000, a level 6 felony.
