FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Light rain showers continue south of Fort Wayne this Sunday morning, potentially making for a wet start if you’re heading out to church or other Sunday plans. By this afternoon, rain will clear out and sunny skies will take over. Temperatures will climb into the low 50s.
Dry and Warm Start to the Work Week
The best weather of the week arrives Monday and Tuesday. Both days will stay completely dry with temperatures climbing into the mid to upper-50s.
Wednesday will be even warmer. We’re expecting to reach the 60s, marking only the second time this year we’ve hit that mark. We’ll be flirting with a high temperature record as well, the record to beat is 67 degrees. However, rain showers return to the forecast with the warmer weather.
