FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – An 84-year-old man involved in a crash on Interstate 69 last week died days later in the hospital, according to the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
The hospital confirmed to the coroner’s office Saturday that Charles Anthony Hill Sr. died from his injuries in the Feb. 16 crash.
The Fort Wayne man was in a collision that afternoon between a car and an SUV on I-69 northbound near the Goshen Road exit at the 310 mile-marker. It’s unclear what led to the crash.
The coroner determined he died from blunt force injuries. His manner of death was ruled an accident, as is the standard for crashes…
