RISING SUN, Ind. (WKRC) – A bill approved by the Indiana Senate could mean the end of the Rising Star Casino in the Tri-State as lawmakers consider moving the casino’s license to Fort Wayne.
The proposal is part of a broader push to relocate the casino from Rising Sun to Fort Wayne. Earlier this month, the Indiana House approved a bill allowing the relocation.
