FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — The debate over bringing a casino to northea House Enrolled Act 1038 st Indiana is moving forward after state lawmakers passed House Enrolled Act 1038, a measure that would allow a competitive bidding process for a proposed $500 million development.
The bill authorizes the Indiana Gaming Commission to open a national bidding process for a casino license in northeast Indiana.
