South Bend, Indiana – Drivers along the Indiana Toll Road and I-80/90 should prepare for scattered slick spots after 2 p.m. Saturday as light snow develops north of U.S. 30 and temperatures fall through the afternoon.

According to the National Weather Service in Northern Indiana, cooler air is filtering into the region, setting the stage for scattered light snow showers through the afternoon and evening. Areas north of the Toll Road, including South Bend and Elkhart, could see up to 1 inch of accumulation before precipitation tapers off late tonight…
