Judges reject appeal attempt by man convicted in 2024 Fort Wayne murder

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Judges have rejected a man’s attempt to appeal his conviction in a deadly 2024 Fort Wayne shooting, despite his claims that the evidence against him was insufficient.

Thristian Boykin was charged with murder and a firearm sentencing enhancement in the killing of 48-year-old Byron Keith Curry in a shooting along Hugh Street in March 2024.
