FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) – Residents in southwest Allen County are voicing concerns about a proposed limestone quarry and asphalt and concrete production facility that could be built near homes, schools, hospitals and wetlands.
The Heritage Group, an Indianapolis-based company submitted an application to rezone for the proposed project on Homestead Road.
