FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A 19-year-old man has been arrested after a man suffering a gunshot wound arrived at Parkview Hospital Randallia on Tuesday afternoon.
Fort Wayne Police Department homicide detectives responded to the incident and began a criminal investigation.
During the investigation, Kyzier Powell was identified as a suspect. He was arrested in the 4000 block of Robinwood Drive.
