NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) – Upcoming pipe construction will temporarily close a portion of State Road 9 in Noble County, according to the Indiana Department of Public Transportation (INDOT).
The closure is expected to begin Monday on State Road 9 between U.S. 6 and County Road E. 850 N.
