FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The Allen County Coroner’s office says a second person has now died from injuries sustained in a three-vehicle crash in late February at O’Day and West Washington Center roads.
The second victim has been identified as 76-year-old Henrietta Welch of Fort Wayne, according to the coroner’s office. Her death was ruled an accident, marking the 7th traffic fatality in Allen County so far this year.
