FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Amber Quinn-Elliott has run her ice cream truck “Sweets on the Street” for nine years.
“We’ve gotten through Covid and that’s happened and we were okay we were hanging in there, and then the gas prices hit this year,” she said.
