FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A ramp leading drivers from Interstate 469 to the Yoder area will be closed for nearly two months, the Indiana Department of Transportation announced.
Starting on or after Monday, the exit ramp from eastbound I-469 to Bluffton Road/State Road 1 will be shut down. Crews will be doing construction on the bridge over Harber Ditch. Work is expected to wrap up by the end of May, according to INDOT.
To get to S.R. 1 from eastbound I-469, INDOT advised drivers should continue east on the highway to the Exit 9 interchange with Winchester Road. Drivers can then get back on I-469 to turn around and get off at westbound Exit 6…
