Charles Davalan had a big game Sunday, leading the Great Lakes Loons to a 16-1 rout of visiting Fort Wayne in the nightcap of a Midwest League doubleheader.
The TinCaps won Sunday’s opener 4-1.
In game two, the Loons took a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning on a two-run double by Nico Perez, then erupted for nine runs in the third.
