FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Notices of settlements were filed regarding two lawsuits involving the owners of Junk Ditch Brewing, GK Baked Goods, and Affine Holdings.
On Tuesday, court documents provided that both parties reached a settlement, and now have 60 days to file dismissal papers.
One lawsuit was filed by Grace Kelly May, who claims the owners, Andrew Smith and Daniel Campbell, tried to undermine GK Café and Provisions in order to lower the amount of money it would take to buy out May from Junk Ditch Brewing Company and GK Baked Goods…
