FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Light rain will continue through the early afternoon before conditions dry out through the rest of the day. Temperatures will remain slightly above average, staying in the 50s and 60s throughout the day.
Weekend Forecast
Clearing skies later tonight will set the stage for a beautiful start to the weekend. Saturday will feature plenty of sunshine with highs in the low 60s. Cloud coverage returns Sunday, but with it temperatures climb into the upper 70s and near 80 degrees!
Severe Potential Next Week
The extended severe outlook from the Storm Prediction Center shows increasing chances for severe storms throughout next week. The day with the most significant threat to 21Country appears to be Tuesday. Showers and storms will be possible through the first half of next week, but Tuesday’s warm, humid, and windy environment will lead to the best ingredients for supporting severe weather.
