INDIANAPOLIS (WANE) – Maria Marchesano is coming home to her alma mater of Butler University to lead the Bulldogs’ women’s basketball program. However, the Elmhurst High School grad isn’t the only Fort Wayne native that will be on next year’s team.
Northrop High School grads Neveah and Saniya Jackson recently announced they will return to Butler. The twins transferred to the Bulldogs this past season after starting their college basketball careers at Valparaiso University.
Both Jackson sisters attended Marchesano’s opening press conference on Friday. The duo is excited to work with a fellow Fort Wayne native and build up a program that has struggled to find success in the BIG EAST…
