Heart to Heart Cookies is Positively Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – For children in foster care, some of life’s biggest milestones can come with a lot of uncertainty. A local nonprofit is trying to meet those moments with something personal: custom cookies made to remind kids they are seen, celebrated, and cared for. It’s what makes Heart to Heart Cookies, Positively Fort Wayne.

For children in foster care, birthdays, graduations, and adoptions can mean more than a party.They can be a chance to feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

“Because I feel like some foster children don’t feel like they are in the same category as other children. They feel like they’re not as much as and they are 100% equal to them, and they deserve everything that all children deserve,” explains Becky Sizemore, founder of Heart to Heart Cookies.
