WARSAW – Two men are facing charges for allegedly stealing and using lottery tickets from a Warsaw business.
Larry Norman France, 35, 201 N. Roosevelt St., Warsaw; and Aayron Michael Steward, 22, Huntington, are each charged with theft where the value of property is between $750 and $50,000, a level 6 felony.
On Jan. 27, 2025, a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a theft report at Pak-A-Sak in Warsaw. An asset protection manager said $1,791 had been stolen in fraudulent lottery ticket winnings…
