FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Heavy rainfall on Wednesday caused flooding in some areas of the Summit City.
Excessive flooding was seen on South Anthony Boulevard at an overpass near Creighton Avenue.
While WANE 15 was on scene, the water looked to be about a foot deep, and drivers braved the high waters, slowly driving through.
It’s best to use extreme caution when driving through flooded areas; any water taller than 6 inches can potentially cause your car to stall.
