In November, Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Cheap Trick released their 21st studio album,All Washed Up. The title is obviously facetious as the music they continue to put out and their continuous touring proves these guys are far from washed up.
Let’s not forget that the three original members are in their 70s but continue to inspire and entertain audiences with their power-pop with a hard-edge sound.
During their 50 years, Cheap Trick have made numerous stops in Fort Wayne and the surrounding area. They opened for Stone Temple Pilots at the Memorial Coliseum in 1997, performed at Piere’s in 1999, and played the Three Rivers Festival in 2014.
