Humane Fort Wayne asking for assistance after over 40 dogs rescued from active puppy mill

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Humane Fort Wayne is asking for assistance after over 40 dogs were rescued from an active puppy mill.

According to the animal shelter, 43 Australian Shepherds were found to be in ‘abysmal conditions‘ living in a dark, filth-covered basement during a rescue led by DeKalb County Animal Control on Monday.
