FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Fort Wayne Plan Commission held a public hearing Monday night, officials with the Department of Neighborhoods spoke on the Waynedale 2040 Plan and developers with the Villages of Arneo presented on the apartment complex.
The City of Fort Wayne hosted several open houses for residents to engage and provide their thoughts on what can be improved in Waynedale. A few residents spoke in favor of the plan at the public hearing.
Developers with the Villages of Arneo presented plans for the 240 apartment units, ranging from one, two and three-bedroom units.
