WATERLOO, Ind. (WPTA) – Waterloo fire officials have partnered with an arson investigation agency to offer a reward of up to $5,000 for information in a recent fire at Knoll Creek Apartments.
Several residents were displaced following a fire on the evening of Monday, May 4, at the apartment complex near West Union Street. No one was hurt in the fire.
