A man who died Thursday may have experienced a medical event while he was driving and just before his sedan crashed in Arlington, police said.
The sedan was traveling east along Arkansas Lane when about 9 p.m. it crossed the center median and westbound traffic lanes, moved through grass near Arkansas Lane and Southgate Street, Arlington police said.
