Two Fort Worth cops are being hailed as heroes after they used their quick thinking and medical training to save a shooting victim’s life earlier this month. Police Officers Thomas Hooper and Oscar Alvarez, were first on the scene of a shooting on January 9, where they found a young person bleeding out from severe gunshot wounds, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.
