Austin, Texas – A Clear Alert was issued Thursday night for 37-year-old Lacey Lyn Overby, who was last seen in DeSoto, Texas Thursday evening. DeSoto Police Department said in a press release that Lacey Lyn Overby was last seen at 3:30 p.m. around the area of 1300 block of East Parkerville Road in DeSoto. Lacey is believed to be kidnapped.
