The loved ones of an Arlington mother are pleading for the public’s help. The family of Chalice Welch, 24, said she has not been seen or heard from in more than 72 hours. The family told NBC 5 that the mother of four went to a birthday party at the Irving Embassy Suites Friday night. Later that evening, friends saw her leave in a vehicle with an unknown man, and no one had heard from her since.
