BURLESON (1080 KRLD)- Burleson Police say someone has been arrested for trespassing at Burleson High School. They were called to the school Thursday afternoon for a report of an “unauthorized person” on campus.
Police say they found the person and arrested him for trespassing.
During the investigation, police say they found a gun in the car the suspect was in. They say they are now confirming whom the gun belongs to.
“As this is an ongoing investigation, we will not be releasing any further details at this time,” Burleson Police posted on Facebook. They have not released the suspect’s name or why he might have been at the school.
Burleson Police do say there is no sign of an ongoing threat to the high school or neighboring community.
