The first, WiCare Home Care Agency in Lebanon, PA, was ordered to pay more than $529,000 in back wages and an equal amount in liquidated damages for minimum and overtime wage violations. Investigators also found that WiCare did not maintain accurate time records, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. In total, 193 workers were affected.
