The ranks of the Lewisville Police Department swell by one this week as Officer Davis graduates from the Basic Course in Applied Police Science (BCAPS), marking the 299th class of this specialized training program. Administered by the North Central Texas Council of Governments (COG), BCAPS has now added to the frontlines of public safety a fresh face poised to serve and protect.
