The Arlington Police Department has made an arrest in connection to the June 6, 2024 murder of 38-year-old Marquis Holliman who was shot and killed at an apartment complex. Following a complex and thorough investigation, APD Homicide detectives obtained a warrant for the arrest of 31-year-old Robert Kelly on one count of Murder. U.S. Marshals Service Task Force Officers located Mr. Kelly in the Shreveport, Louisiana area and took him into custody on November 7, 2024. He is currently being held in the Shreveport City Jail awaiting extradition to Texas.
