Made in Tarrant: Fort Worth’s Coco Shrimp has eyes on national expansion

Coco Shrimp, the Fort Worth company started in 2016 out of a food truck and known for a simple shrimp-and-five-flavors concept, opened its eighth brick-and-mortar store in November – in College Station, the farthest location from the company’s home base. What’s next for owners Isaac and Lauren Hadley and Mary and Jordan Barrus: a Mansfield location, due in 2025. Trevor Carver, Coco Shrimp’s marketing manager, sat down for a Q&A with the Fort Worth Report.
