Fort Worth officials pretreating roads ahead of arctic air blast: ‘Better safe than sorry’

• The TxDOT Fort Worth District is already pretreating roads in case there is any wintry precipitation or hazardous road conditions.
• The city of Fort Worth’s public works department is also pretreating roads, focusing on hospitals and emergency zones.
