The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has increased the reward for information that leads to an arrest for the murder of Jackie Foster.
Jackie Foster was 29 on September 6th, 1990, when she was reported missing in Abeline, Texas. Two days after she was reported missing, her body was found in a drainage canal by fishermen.
