Two dozen Texas properties were on the list of federal properties that the U.S. General Services Administration is looking to sell. Fort Worth’s Fritz G. Lanham building was on the list, which was on the GSA’s website on March 4 before the list disappeared the next day.
GSA officials said they received a great response from the list and would update it in the future.
“We anticipate the list will be republished in the near future after we evaluate this initial input and determine how we can make it easier for stakeholders to understand the nuances of the assets listed,” a GSA spokesperson said. “As we stated in our press release, ‘GSA will continuously review and update the list of non-core assets.’”…
