Man who ‘frequently’ carries long gun arrested after shooting at neighbors home, police say

FORT WORTH, Texas — A suspect was arrested after he allegedly fired shots at his neighbor’s house and barricaded himself in a second-floor apartment in North Texas, police said.

Police responded to a shooting call Friday in the 3000 block of Lulu Street, Fort Worth Police said in a press release. Officers arrived on the scene and were told by witnesses they heard loud bangs and saw several bullet holes fired into their residence, the release states.

The witnesses told police their neighbor frequently walks around with a long gun, police said. The witnesses’ neighbor told police they heard shots fired from a second-floor apartment above the main residence.
