Trinity River development plans filed for 10-acre site off University Drive

Transwestern has submitted plans to the city of Fort Worth for a development called Merrimac, set on a nearly 10-acre triangular site bordered by the Trinity River, Merrimac Circle and Old University Drive.

The proposed project features a seven-story residential building with an integrated parking garage and retail on the ground floor. Additionally, there are several stand-alone retail buildings connected by pedestrian-only streets and a landscaped green space along the Trinity River.
