Documenters: Fort Worth’s Historic Southside back on Landmarks agenda

Historic Southside, the neighborhood that runs along the east side of Interstate 35 and north of East Rosedale Street across from Near Southside and near downtown, was back on the agenda of the city’s Historic and Cultural Landmarks Commission April 14.

Commissioners approved an application for approval to build a new home in the neighborhood. Several Historic Southside cases appeared on the commission’s March agenda. It also approved a staff recommendation to approve a resolution supporting the nomination of Fort Worth’s Sycamore Street Bridge for inclusion to the National Register of Historic Places.
