2 Fort Worth restaurant closed for roach infestation and rodent droppings

Two Fort Worth restaurants were closed after health inspectors found roach infestations and rodent droppings, latest inspection report shows.

According to the report compiled by the Star-Telegram, 387 restaurants were inspected between March 30 and April 12.

Fort Worth inspection scores are based on a demerit system. Food establishments receiving more than 30 demerits have 48 hours to fix the worst problems and then clean up the rest. Zero demerits is a perfect score…
